Alla Christoforou / Co-Founder:

Has had over a decade of experience in the financial industry, from working for large multinational corporations closing billions of dollars in translations (in NYC) to building and scaling finance and operations functions at start ups across variety of industries (in San Francisco), to consulting for small family business setting them on a trajectory of growth (remote). In her most recent role Ms. Christoforou built out an accounting and FP&A functions from the ground up and led the company to its multi-million dollar exit, see here.
Ms. Christoforou has a track record of successfully diagnosing the needs of the organization and executing against them irrespective of the industry, organization’s size or her role in it.

Ms. Christoforou's time spent as a functional leader building and scaling FP&A and Accounting teams for start-ups and being a trusted advisor to CEOs, has given her a unique perspective and relevant experience to help navigate your accounting practice into a new and exciting journey.

Natalie Jurisevic / Co-Founder / CPA:
​
Ms. Jurisevic started her career in Big 4 public accounting at Ernst & Young. Over three transformative years she completed numerous audits, culminating in a successful S1 registrant and an IPO filing. Ms. Jurisevic transferred into the financial accounting advisory group within EY where she focused on technical accounting and specialized in revenue and lease accounting.
Transitioning from public accounting to the dynamic world of startups, Ms. Jurisevic spent the next several years in San Francisco’s building out and scaling accounting teams for start ups in retail and healthcare tech sectors. In her most recent role, she led a diverse team of 18 professionals, overseeing critical accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, audit processes, and compliance ensuring robust financial health for the organizations she served.
Her extensive leadership and operational experience had led her to starting a consulting practice becoming a strategic advisors to many small businesses, which led to the creation of Pathfinder Advisory.

The Canadian native spends her spare enjoying the outdoors. Whether it's cycling, hiking or a picnic in the park -- it's her favorite place to be and best enjoyed with friends and family.
